A day after the City Council went on ``strike'' against Mayor Albert Jurczynski, both sides appeared ready Tuesday to negotiate terms, but they may need Henry Kissinger to get to the table.
Meanwhile, various city department heads agreed the council decision to suspend business would not cause any immediate problems but they voiced some concerns.
Council President Denise Brucker suspended the Monday agenda after members agreed not to proceed until the mayor shares the findings of a consultant's audit of Police Department internal affairs and training.
