Parts of Pullman Square for sale

HUNTINGTON - An Ohio company that developed Pullman Square hasput the commercial part of the entertainment/retail complex up forsale for $25.76 million.

Built through a public-private partnership, Pullman Square openedin 2004. Much of the downtown Huntington complex is owned by the Tri-State Transit Authority and leased by the developer, MetropolitanPartners of Columbus, Ohio.

The complex is listed for sale on the Web site Loopnet.com. Ithas 18 tenants who have leased 94 percent of the space. Only 4percent of these leases will expire in the next seven years,according to Loopnet.com.
